Most software lives and dies on a screen. Ours doesn’t. The work you do at GEN1 becomes real: physical, durable structures that stand in the world for decades. You can write code in the morning and watch it shape something you can walk through, live in, and point to years from now. Very few engineers ever get to build something they can touch. Here, that is the entire point. We are merging the digital and the physical, and the people who build with us get to see their work come to life in steel, wood, and concrete, not just pixels.
